I first met Richard and Danielle Sutton back when they were working at Paxton & Whitfield cheese shop in the St. James neighbourhood in London, before they came to our area in 2006 to open their own. Now they have two beloved locations and supply the best restaurants in the city.

You can buy cheeses of course, but also cheese-infused salads, hot & cold sandwiches, accompaniments to cheese platters and cheese cakes – but, I mean CHEESE cakes – as in whole cheeses stacked one on top of the other.

In addition, they blog, they do fun in-house events, catering, cheese boards to go, cheese tastings, and more.
