With one of the most drool-worthy Instagram feeds in town,  Issac puts a sophisticated spin on his rustic “born & braised-style” influenced by both grandmothers, that has earned him rave reviews (A James Beard Best Chef of the South Semi-finalist & finalist three times / Top Chef Contestant) and an international fan base (I was walking through a tiny alley in Venice Italy when an owner came out wiping his hands on his apron and said, “Wendy, do you know that amazing Chef in New Orleans Issac Toups?”) No eating trip to New Orleans even makes sense without a reservation here.
