The Vibe:
Owner Daniela Lavadenz (Le 6 Paul Bert/Au Passage) is a class act – but no snobby attitude here. She’s an incredible host making everyone from in-the-know food travelers and local food industry colleagues feel welcome and comfortable as if they were in her own home. Since she’s originally from Bolivia, she loves music – and the playlist often reflects her roots.
What to Order:
The menu changes every day depending on what the farmers bring in the door. They are vegetarian / food-allergy friendly so just let them know when making reservations. We always order the entire menu because we can’t make ourselves choose. Think smoked stracciatella fumée + pumpkin + pumpkin seeds, Mushroom ravioli + mushroom consumé, Roasted lamb shoulder + white tarbais beans + mole sauce, Dayboat fish from Brittany + cashews + Champagne sauce.
Tip:
Go early for apero for a glass + snack at the bar OR after dinner, hit up the late-night industry hot spot Bambino on the same street for live DJ music + natural wine.
Getting in:
Reserve online. Solo diners can request the bar.
