Pre Tour Questionaire

Pre Tour Questionaire
WELCOME!
If you’re here, it means you’ve been through the website and something clicked for you. I’m so glad you said yes to this night.
This flavor and vibe check below shows you the kind of night you can walk into — going out, Paris-style.
Let’s walk into it like a team.

WE’RE GOING OUT PARIS-STYLE
Locals live for going out to catch up with as many friends as possible. Every single night starts with snacks and wine/cocktail, followed by banger street food, then wine bar sharing plates – ending with one more drink with a little music before heading home.

The tables aren’t shared — but the energy in the room is. Familiar faces behind the bar, warm nods across the way, everyone doing their own thing, together.

This isn’t the postcard version of Paris. These are the real neighborhoods where the food world hangs out — and where the world’s best chef-owners left fine dining behind to open joints in graffiti alleys. They even ride skateboards to work. A Thai spot lives next to a French bistro-bar next to a Chinese noodle counter.

There’s always music. Always motion. People spill into the streets. Endless sidewalk tables packed with locals who aren’t ready to call it a night.

I get to live this life every night — and when I see it crack something open in someone, when I run into them days later and they’re still lit up, out in the neighborhood like they’ve always belonged... that’s the part that gets me every time.

WHAT’S YOUR VIBE?
The four blocks of venues you’re about to see follow the rhythm of how nights in Paris actually move — from first drinks to late-night music:

  • Cocktails + snacks
  • Street food
  • Natural wine + shared plates
  • After-hours / music / one last drink

You’ll pick one from each block — not to plan the night, but to help me read the rhythm right.
These four categories are your heads-up — just so you know — before we walk into rooms where everyone already knows each other.
This is your chance to say, “This feels most like us.”

READY?
Grab your crew. Grab a drink. Fill this out together. Let’s go.

Who is your crew?

By now, everyone understands that aside from a life-threatening allergy – you all eat & drink everything and the night is organised by your crew’s vibe – not individual tastes so that there aren’t landmines mid-night out.

Anything fun/special you want me to know about them?

Where we’ll be: Think of Paris like the face of a clock — we’ll be in the 3 o’clock zone: the 10th, 11th, 19th, and 20th. These are the neighborhoods where people actually live, eat, drink, and spill onto the sidewalks until late night. We’ll be walking most of the time. But if we get a last-minute text from a chef or a jam session kicks off somewhere — and you’re up for it — we might hop on the Metro or grab a taxi.

THE WARM-UP (Pre-Dinner Social Hour):

Think: Bottle shops. This is where Parisians start their night — catching up, flirting a little, trading gossip.

We grab a bottle from the fridge, a few olives, a slice of terrine, something salty — and spill out onto the sidewalk. It’s social hour, not a sit-down. The appetite sparks here, before we roll into whatever’s next.

Pre-Drinks Vibes: choose one

STREET FOOD + CASUAL

Think: Roll-up gates, low chairs, curbside collisions.

This is one of our favorite parts of the night — because it’s never just food, it’s family. Neighbors swing by. Musicians on a smoke break. Chefs in between service. A fried chicken bánh mì passed between hands. A shared slice at a pizza table someone dragged outside. It’s community, it’s reunion, it’s the kind of street-corner magic that feels spontaneous — even when it’s not. We could stop here and call it a night. Sometimes, we do.

Street Food Vibes: choose one

THE MAIN EVENT (Dinner Zone):

Think:  Lively, social, standing-room-only spots: open kitchens, counters, tall round bar tables. Sharing plates. Glasses clinking.

Wine bars are full-on restaurants — what sets them apart from proper long sit-down meals is the vibe. Punk chefs — most likely a pop-up, visiting from Mexico City, Copenhagen, or Austin. We never know. It’s their flavors, their fire — working with French products and flipping the script. Short seasonal menus scribbled on paper — it changes every day. What shows up is what shows up. The food’s not the star, the vibe is.

Dinner Vibes, choose one:

AFTER-HOURS / MUSIC & MOOD

Think: Wax-drip candles. Rooftop. Candlelight. Packed little dive. Communal, wild, warm. New Orleans after midnight. Sexy, dirty bar food like smash burgers or caviar on Pringles. Could be vinyl. Could be karaoke. Could be dancing. There might be a rooftop. There’s always a beat.

This is that last part — when the night either winds down, or fires back up. For some, it's the part they remember most.

Nightcap + Music Vibes, choose one:

This is walk-in only — pay-as-you-go:

• You won’t pay more than if you went without me.
• Why? Because you should eat and drink what you actually want — not what someone else picks.

Estimated costs:
• Sharing plates: €7–16
• Wines by the glass: €7–12
• Cocktails: €9–14
• Bottles from €14 (+ €7 corkage)

What happens now?

After you submit your form, send me a WhatsApp with your name and saved date — that locks it in.
Once I read your answers, I’ll confirm the time window and meeting point — whether it’s early, afternoon, or late night, we’ll figure it out.
Because Paris is quirky — strikes, weather, last-minute chef curveballs — I wait to send the exact meeting point and time until the morning of.
But don’t worry — you’ll already have a good sense of the neighborhood and timing.
